I received a voicemail from -, but was only able to discern that they wanted me to call them back as the majority of the message was cut off. I returned the call and spoke with - -. He claimed to be with a company called Concord Resolutions, and stated that I owe a balance of $590.00 to a company called - -. Knowing that this was a fraudulent debt collector, I immediately attempted to get as much contact information as I could. Prior to ending the call, the representative asked if I was willing to settle the matter voluntarily or not. I told him no, that I was filing a report with the CFPB, and ended the call.
