Capital One Credit Card Complaint

Billing statement

Capital One Credit card department,

Billing statement New York

Capital One appears to not provide on its credit card statements the amount of a transaction in foreign currency for transactions done outside the United States. I would like to know if they are legally required to provide this information as well as the exchange rate used and if not I would like to suggest that the CFPB issue regulations to make this a requirement. I would like this transparency to ensure accurate processing of such transactions. I do n't have a specific complaint about any particular transaction at this time.
