Universal recovery cooperation. I called them to pay my husbands death off and the guy I talked to was so rude I hung up on him. I told him I would pay him Thursday when I get paid and I wanted him to work with me but he refused. He wanted me to give him my account infoation and I refused I told him I would call back Thursday and pay it, he was yelling at me and saying I was like everyone else a talker I told him no I 'm not like that I told g I contacted you to pay that bill and not the other way around and it is not even my bill so he should be happy that I contacted him to pay it. He said if I would n't be like everyone else I should not have a problem to give him bank account information. I told him no you wait he would n't stop yelling at me so I hung up in him. Later - I called with some questions and he was an - again. My husband finally took the phone and asked for his supervisor she got in the phone with my husband and was rude as well. And they keep saying if y dot pay it today it will be more in - days what dosent make since
