Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Texas

Debt is from -/-/- and I never received anything at all from anyone about this debt. They just put it on my report -/-/-. They also kept on telling me that the debt stays on my report for - years from when they placed it which is false information. When I told them they could not do that, they told me they could and would. I do n't even know what this is for. The dates are incorrect. I only had - visit to the hospital -/-/- and bills should have been covered by insurance 100 percent and these I just became aware of now from viewing my report. They were also rude and starting commenting on my personal life which they have no right to do or know anything about.
