Collection company is trying to make me pay a collection fee for a debt that I paid years ago to the doctor and I do n't know how this company thinks it can collect from me. Their statements shows an original balance of $0.00 but they want a collection fee of $7.00. They are threatening if I do n't pay, Do not delay. Credit information is now being accessed for employment & apartment qualifying ''. Another threat is Procollect will delete your account from your credit report and reduce the balance by 50 % if payment of $7.00 is received in our office no later than -/-/2015. I do not owe any debts and this is a scam.
