Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Minnesota

On -/-/15 TCF Bank reordered my transactions and added an additional $19.00 Check Printing fee to make my account overdrawn by - $2.00. On -/-/15 TCF Bank charge my account $37.00 Returned item NSF fee. My deposits are not available for -/-/15 $100.00 cash, -/-/15 ATM $100.00 cash, -/-/15 ATM $380.00 check. ( Please see attachment )
