I settled - accounts with the Central Finl Control in -, I was told that the accounts would be removed from my credit report by - different people. Not only did they not credit - of my accounts they are now stating they will not remove from my credit report. In the mean time they have again reported to the credit bureaus and my credit score dropped because they are stated the accounts were not paid when they were paid. They also state if I have an issue I have to fax it in writing to just a phone number no name or anything. They would not let me speak to anyone other than a floor supervisor. You should be able to speak with someone in the dispute department to make sure you know where your information is going. When I told them I was going to file a complaint she said you do what you have to do ''. This is a poor way to run a business, they took my money and did not follow through on what they were suppose to do. They falsely reported back to the Experian that there was a balance when it had already been paid.
