Improper use of my credit report Report shared with employer w/o consent Georgia

My wife received a phone call from the dealership where we purchased our truck -/-/-. They said they noticed we had been making our payments on time and would like to see us and possibly see about new options. We drove to dealership the following weekend and only had plans to discuss these new options. The salesman kept trying to talk us into purchasing a new vehicle on top of the one we already have and also told us we could just purchase a new vehicle and let the one we have go back. My wife and I specifically told them we were not interested in buying a new truck and stated that several times while we were there. While we were there the manager sent my credit report to - different bank and financing companies without my permission trying to get us approved for another loan, which I had stated I did not give permission too. This is affecting my credit report because I have to many inquiries, and we were going to refinance in the upcoming month or so. I contacted Equifax and they said I would have to contact each individual company. I contacted - of the - and they said they could not do anything because it was n't directly through them, that I would have to contact the dealership. I called the dealership and spoke with the man who pulled my report and he said there is no way he could contact credit bureau and let them know it was a mistake ( Equifax said the could send in a statement explaining it was a mistake and to remove the inquiry ). He continued to say in his - years experience he has never heard of such a thing being done.
