They garnished my bank account with - - - in -/-/- of this year and I had to contact the - - - - order processing. - - - - - - and the Legal Levy Department Regarding to Reference # -. I did file another complaint with your agency before and I though this matter was taken care of and the bank was able to remove the restriction and restore my account. H. Kent Hollins, sent me by mail a form regarding to the debt. And then filed another garnishment against my account on -/-/-. The bank is informing me that even though this is fraudulent, they are under the order of the collection agency, until this matter is resolved. This collection agency is very aggressive and they are not conducting their services in professional manner by refiling again.
