My husband and I filed for bankruptcy in - and was discharged in -. In our bankruptcy was an account with -. Recently, Old National Bank bought out - and acquired all of their accounts. We checked our credit in - of - and there was no claim on our report for Old National Bank. We checked our credit report again in - - and Old National Bank was reporting on our credit as a bankruptcy discharge. By them doing this, it has dropped our credit score by - points. We have never had an account with Old National Bank and were already penalized - by - - back in - for this account. We are being penalized again by Old National Bank for an account we never had and that is over - years old.
