JPMorgan Chase Credit Card Complaint

Billing disputes

JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,

Billing disputes Michigan

To whom it may concern ; I purchased - tickets from - - - - - for $1700.00 on -/-/- - ), this price was inclusive of all added fees ie. agent fees and tax. I signed the authorization form for them to take the $1700.00 from my Chase account - - -, however I received a bill for $2400.00 from my credit card company ; Chase ( - ). The - thing I did was to contact the travel agency - - - to see what was going on. I did n't hear anything from them so I called and they admitted that it was their fault and promised to refund me the $680.00 that they took out extra by mistake. Unfortunately this promise was n't fulfilled so I emailed the travel agency again to cancel everything, asking them to cancel my tickets and refund me with the whole amount of $2400.00 so that I could use a more legitimate travel agency ( - ). I still did n't hear anything back from them, so I called - and again they apologized and their agent- -- told me she had contacted the airline - to cancel my ticket but

calls nor my emails. In - occasion a - agent hung up on me and ignored me, so I made a complain to - ; - - - Consumer division ) ( - ), and called my credit card company Chase to dispute the $680.00. - replied that they had forwarded my complaint to the travel agent and the airline - - -, giving those 30 days to respond. The travel agent did n't respond at all and - airline replied that the situation was - 's fault and I was advised to contact them ( - ). I received the dispute letter from Chase however for some reason it was n't for $680.00, they had only accepted $590.00 ( - ) and I had no idea why they had deducted $95.00 ( - ), however to put an end to this dilemma I paid the $95.00, although it was n't fair. After a few months I received a letter from Chase stating my dispute had been cancelled, and for some unknown reason I had been asked to send some documents for a re-dispute. I sent them a cover letter - - ) and attached all the supporting documents which would be all the appendixes I have attached so far that clearly showed that someone has conned me. Chase sent me - letters on -/-/- and -/-/- ( - ) stating that they have not accepted my dispute for a sum of $95.00 - funnily enough that I had already paid that amount ) and the -! As it is completely clear from my supporting documents, someone is trying to take advantage of me. The - thing I need to know about this fraud is whose authorization did Chase pay Fly Away $2400.00 with? I need to know if Fly away forged my signature to take this amount or whether it was Chase who broke the law and paid them what was not authorized by me? It appears Chase is not taking this matter seriously and despite my best intention to resolve this matter between ourselves, Chase is not caring for my interest therefore I urge you to look into this case with utmost attention and fairly. I trust your judgement and look forward to hearing back from you very soon, should you require any further information please do n't hesitate to contact me. Yours sincerely
