I have been trying to pay this debt that I owe and I have not been able to contact anyone regarding this issue. I have called every phone number listed and there is always a machine that answers that nobody is available to take my call and disconnects me. I have tried chatting with a live representative and they just gave me another phone number that did the same thing I mentioned above. I sent letters and got no response or phone calls. I sent letters to the credit bureaus.. I just want to pay my balance! This is stopping me from getting a promotion and I am so frustrated that I ca n't find a way to make my payment! The lack of customer service is ridiculous!
