PayPal Debt collection department,

Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine New York

Someone has created debt through 'paypalcredit '. I paid off that acct. in - of 2013. Since then, I did creat an acct. through - '. Now that someone is using my acct. for transactions, I have paid off the '- acct.as well. 'Paypalcredit ' is threatening to send the $1600.00 they say I owe to a third party collections bureau.
