I wrote a complaint on -/-/2015 regarding the collection practices of Delaware Solutions LLC. Today, -/-/-, - - from Delaware Solutions called me again and stated that I 'm being served papers today if I do not pay a past due amount on a payday loan taken out -/-/-. I told - that I know my rights under the FDCPA and that I 'm requesting debt validation in writing and I have the right to dispute the validity of the debt. - stated that they have already proven that it is my debt just because they have my social security number and email address. I informed him that I have sent a cease and desist letter and he stated he will continue to call me everyday to get a payment regardless of the letter. He then called me a - who sounded like an - and did n't know the laws. He continued to call me stupid as a recited my rights as a consumer. He then told me that I was going to be arrested and will serve time in jail for the unpaid debt. I informed him that he was breaking the law by using abusive language and by threatening jail time and he stated he was not. I hung up the phone, he immediately called back yelling at me that I was going to jail.
