PayPal Debt collection department,

Other (phone, health club, etc.) Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

Around - 2012, when I attempted to use my eBay account to sell items, I was informed that I had overdue seller 's fee. At that time, I disputed the fees because in reviewing my account online. I could see that it was another person who sold the items. Ebay agreed with me at that time and cleared my account. The dispute and resolution happened by phone and email in my eBay account. My eBay account does not have the old emails and when I spoke with Ebay today they have no record of my dispute and resolution in 2012. Also, my account no longer shows that items fraudulently sold through my account and the seller 's information which helped prove the first time around that I was NOT the seller. So here I am three years later disputing the same fees again and can not provide the proof because eBay has deleted the information from my account. Their dispute and resolution process should NOT be only by phone or inside the eBay account. Their should be a process that allows me to write to actual address and/or use my regular email account, so that I the consumer can have a permanent record of my dispute and their resolution.
