In -/-/2014, I and my daughter went to - to try the practice. A staff suggests my daughter to sign half year membership. He told us that if my daughter did not like the practice, we can cancel the membership any time. The staff filled the form and just let me sign the contract. The staff did not mention that he had checked auto renew on the contract. I did not notice the auto renew was check either. After two month try, my daughter get hurt - when jumping around in the facility. - I had talked to the manager and want to cancel the membership. I had browsed to the - web site to let message want to cancel the membership. The manager had told me because we had signed half year member ship, we cannot cancel the membership. After half year, our membership will be terminated automatically. Because my daughter got hurt every time went there, she could not go to the - since -/-/2014. She only went there for two month, but our credit card was charged for six month. After six month for safety reason we cancel the credit card. But - still keeps charging us. When I went to the facility ask the manager, he told me this contract will auto renew. Now they want to charge us for extra -.
