They sent my account to collections while in dispute for $360.00. I owed $290.00. B. They sent the account over to a collection agency that is affiliated with - and began to add excessive fees and costs. They never attempted to reconcile the account even after I spoke to a collection agent on the phone and told them of my dispute. c. They have sent the account to - - - - in the amount of $800.00 plus dollars according to the credit reporting. I have never received anything in writing from - - - -.
