freedom furniture in -, va. contacted my command repeatedly even after i returned the merchandise and secured a letter from the store manager releasing me from any contractual obligations as i was ordered by my command., contacted my command numerous times. this continued action caused me to be - from the -. they have filed numerous times with different account numbers on my credit report for the same contract i was told by the store manager i had been released from. they have filed with the court of virginia after i left the state post discharge for wage garnishment. they have continued to call, mail, and as of late even emailed my trying to collect on a debt since - 1997. the account has been listed as charged off only for them to refile it under a new account number as a new account.
