this is a follow up to complaint filed wherein i received what i do not need did not ask forbeen with hsbc many years first credit card. I gave birth to my son in 2012 he has heart issues. we have big medical bills in this country there is still corruption in medical insurance. now the medical insurance is being sued until then i have to pay the bills. i am a good customer this bank refuses to refund me interest AS ALL other banks are as long as i need. which means i can not use my card. In addition, when you call half the time you are in - and can not understand the rep adversely impacting my ability to make a payment on time. then half the time no one answers or you wait and then told by the auto system no one is availablenowi have no reason to use the card. i do not need the rules i know the rules as my long history indicates i need loyalty for loyalty like all other banks are showing me without it i cant use the card anymore. i am sorrybanks lose more in bankruptcy than i ask for or charge offs for bad customers help a good one or i will be unable to use my card dfuring these times. please do not send me credit card agreement not questioning it. asking for loyalty for loyalty of 23 years.
