I was a victim of identity theft. I filled out an affidavit with a notary I also have a police report. I mailed, faxed and email my document to Common Wealth Financial Service beginning in -. I have called numerous time to get my situation resolved. I have yet to receive any details of the bill who I owe and why I owe. It has been well over 30-60 days. Each time I call in I get the run around from very unprofessional representatives. We are waiting but never given a description of what.
