I am being charged $45.00 -- per month in interest, after 0 %, on my credit card. When I called asking them to lower the 22.99 % interest rate, I was told that there are no provisions for lowering the rate at present, you can check back at a later date I have had my income drastically lowered & can not afford these exorbitant charges, is there something that can be done to help me? I have been unfailing in my repayments- always on time, ergo this company has denied even speaking with me about trying to find a way to help!
