I deposited some money with Capital One 360 to try it out about a year ago. I called today to tell them to close the account and send me my pitiful account balance. I was told that I have to validate the test deposits before I can close my account and get my money back. So they had no problem taking my money in the - place, but when I want it back I have to jump through hoops to get it. I have never heard of this process with any other institution. It is not about the money, it is about the stupid process to get my money back ... I thought they were No Hassle ''
