Just assuming here; I called and paid off the old - bill and they charged my account -. Contacted - and they had no record of being - charged so they bank fixed it right up cause there was - from -. Now it still shows I owe then when I paid it off in -/-/-. Honestly this company should not be in business if they can't keep accurate records.
