Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine New Jersey

On - - 2015 I received a dunning letter dated - - 2015 from CFSI informing me that I owed them $1300.00 on an alleged debt from a company called - - -. I disputed this debt in it 's entirety the following week via certified means on - - 2015 as I have no clue to who CFSI is or - - -. I have no contractual obligations nor have I had ANY obligations to either. To my complete horror and surprise CFSI reported this so-called debt on my - report on - -. No response to my dispute whatsoever!! And they reported it at least - weeks before the - day period as prescribed by Federal Law. After doing some due dilligence on CSFI, ive come to realize that this method of extortion/fraud is their method of operation. This company has a vast record of breaking FDCPA laws. Please, by all means, just look it up for yourselves. Do n't take my word for it, it 's all over cyberspace for anyone to see.
