Capital One Credit card department,
APR or interest rate California
Capital One send me a check book to use on my credit card ( only ). They did not tell that all purchases after that will not have the - day grace period for interest, or that I had to pay the check book check first before I could pay the high interest charges! I call them and they said they told people who call! Well I did not call I just took the checks in the mail has face value! They got me! Help me please!!
