I understand that I do owe for the credit card, I 'm not denying that. However, when I called a spoke with a representative from the law office and explained that i am the only one with income. I told her I was willing to pay - to - dollars a month. She told me that was unacceptable. Next thing I knew they went into my bank account and took all my money. I have absolutely no money, no food,, light bill is due, car insurance, and other bills that I automatically have taken out of my account. I could understand if they took some, but, they left my account with a zero balance. I guess my question is can they do that?
