I was a student at - College - CA, and they closed there doors on - -, 2015. I received a text message indicating the closure. I have student loan with Genesis Lending Services and they will not discharge my loans. I feel that - College is to pay back my loan to the company, after all - is the one that broke the contract. This has caused great pain and suffering, because the reason I attended this college was to better myself in finding a job. Now after two years and three months, and only eight weeks to go, I do n't even have a degree now. I am not liable for this loan and will do what I have to do to get this discharged. I will seek information from an attorney about the steps I need to take.
