IQ Data - - - - received bill for carpet cleaning from apartment. When asked to do a walk through I was refused. And told I would not owe anything if I did they would send a final bill. They never mailed me a bill. She claimed she sent me an email, but could not produce a copy of the email. When I asked the collection agency what the collection was for they could not provide me a bill summary and the collection agency then knocked my credit score from above - to -. I would have paid any bill I owed, but did not deserve to have my credit destroyed. When they contacted me in - I simply asked them for why i was being charged so much they never produced a bill.
