Conventional adjustable mortgage (ARM) Loan modification, collection, foreclosure Washington

Please be advised that this complaint involves Citibank and my previous complaint case # -. Please note that the person named answering the previous complaint - - - - is not the party that actually answered my complaint through the CFPB. I spoke with - - today on - different occasions, where she stated she - ) Is a private contractor hired to help out the Agency and Trust Department of Citibank - ) She is not an employee of Citibank NA and - ) she just returned from being out of the office for an extended period of time. At approximately - I was contacted by - - colleague at Citibank, - - in California who claims she is a VP of the Agency and Trust Dept. at Citibank. She informed me that - - is not an employee of Citibank and there is no way that - - could have answered a complaint from CFPB since she is not an employee of Citibank NA. She stated she would forward my emails to - - to - - at - -. A consumer/homeowner should not be led to believe that a specific person from any bank entity is the

their response in that I should contact - - at - -, it is still misrepresentation that I am being led to believe that an accountable party from Citibank is supposedly answering my complaint, when in fact this is not the case. The fact is that someone else wrote the response and attached the private contractor - - - - to the response to my complaint. I would think this is a clear violation of the consumer protection law. Again, nothing is as it seems. The deceptive web is a finely engineered model, and its intent is clear. I do not blame - -, for how could she have possibly known without my contacting her! There has to be some accountability for this mistruth somewhere though! Thank you. - -
