We prequalified for a loan with Lender. Lender quoted several different interest rates over 3 days discussion. Lender committed to being able to close within 30 days. On this premise we signed a contract. On Friday, -, I wanted to look the loan. The lender again quoted several rates and - different PMI payments. When I asked to have in an email, not even a GFE, the lender then gave a different rate and points quote. After ~ 2 hours on the phone, the lender then said they could n't close in lees that 45 days. I made a purchase decision on the basis the lender would be able to close in 30 days.
