Discover Credit card department,
I recently changed my name ( for personal reasons, not marriage or divorce ) and moved. While I understand the security risks, Discover says that they can not issue me a new card even though my name and address have been changed on my account. Essentially, the information on my account ( in the computer system ) has all my correct information but Discover wo n't issue me a card reflecting it. They ask me multiple choice questions based on public record but my answers are apparently wrong. They keep saying someone will call me to follow up but no one ever does.
