Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Pennsylvania

i was registered as a cosigner on a student loan with citibank. in - it was electronically signed. with out my permission. i was not givin any loan information as to the amount of loan or the intrest or payback policy of this student loan. i requested to be removed from this loan as co signer as it is not mine. citibank refuses to remove me and has also attacked my credit rating with this default loan. i am unable to work with citibank student loan on this issue. they are holding me responsible for this loan which is not mine. my credit rating has suffered for years with this problem. iam paying higher rates and not getting low intrest loans because of this. i request help in this matter.
