GE Capital Retail Credit Card Complaint

GE Capital Retail Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Oklahoma

Paypal opened a credit card account without my knowledge on -. I do not even have an account with PayPal. Someone charged $1000.00 to this credit card account. I knew nothing about the account until I received a letter from a collections company ( - - - - of -, IL ). I called - - - and reported the account as fraudulent. - returned the account to PayPal and - Bank. I contacted - Bank through their web site to report the fraudulent account and was referred to PayPal. I will contact PayPal once their call center opens to report the account as fraudulent.
