I previously submitted comp. # - regarding a so-called PayPal Credit account, # - - - -, that I had no intention of opening in the - place and find impossible to cancel though I 've sent multiple letters and email requesting closure. The original charge was for $38.00. I sent them a check # - on - for that amount along with a request to cancel. No response other than computer generated bills spitting out and now a whopping $130.00. I just paid them that amount on the advice of counsel to avoid further damage to my credit rating. They give gotcha '' and scam '' a bad reputation.
