Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement California
After contacting State Farm Bank requesting information on an alleged account that appeared on my credit report, i requested a copy of any sign contract or application of credit and they refuse to provide me with anything and refuse to remove it from my credit report even after they can not verify that it pertains to me.
