I am filing a complaint against my student loan servicer ( ACS ) because it changed the terms of my student loan without my consent and without giving me notice. ACS changed the terms of my student loan payments from principal + interest to an only interest payment. This complaint concerns a loan I took out to study for the Washington - -. Please see attached documents.
