On -/-/- I received an offer from chase mileage plus explorer credit card that said if you sign for the card and you expend $2000.00 in the first - month you will receive - miles in your united account and if you add another person to your account you will receive a extra - miles, so I call an made the over the phone application and ask the customer service all the staff to qualify to the offer, they assurance me that there was no problem if I expend the money I will get the miles, so I sign I got the card I begin to use. - month later I called to CS about the miles they said do n't worry in - - billing cycle you will get it but that was not true I called again on - - and I spoke with a supervisor He said to me that He can not understand why I did no got the miles posted to my account yet but He is going to put a request to the


I receive a bonus credit in -/-/- I did not qualify for this bonus offer and I did not going to get any bonus miles with this card. I call back to CS and they repeat the same thing to me. I can understand that can be the policy of the company but why they sent the offer to me, why when I call to apply they did not mention about that rule, why went I called - month later they did not same nothing and why when I spoke with a supervise on - - He assured that they was not problem that I ll get the mileage, Chase was lying to me as customer from they -, the only reason that I sign for this card was for the miles if not I can get any other card offer I have excellent credit every day I got by mail different offers if you can get the voice record of my conversation you will hear that the latest Supervisor was agree with my point but He can not do nothing Those were the company policy, off course to attract customers from the competition. From my point of view those policy are unfear marketing policy that try to scam the customer not showing the real rules of the game from the beginning.
