GOOD MORNING, I have a newly created loan with the BANK OF THE WEST, I put down $8000.00 on -/-/2015, the payment was $540.00 monthly, I was told if I put down more money $12000.00 the monthly payment would be lowered to $400.00 monthly with a new contract superceding the - contract that was to be destroyed, however I received notice that on -/-/15 due is $540.00 and when I call Loan officer - - - - - Bank of the West, - states that in his notes he wrote to disregard the - -/-/15 contract that -/-/15 contract with addition money from - was to lower payment to - and this was the loan to be processed, I ask - how this happen - replied it was an error, I asked for a letter stating the that - contract -/-/15 was supercede by - contract of -/-/15 was the bank error of which I have not received and BANK OF THE WEST loan officer - - REFUSES to return calls to me .however a - - - Bank of the West - - - has contacted me, on behalf of the credit dept, and I ca n't get a


me thus having to pay - loans for the - RV motor home when asked of - this she replied I ca n't answer that I don ; t have the second superceded loan application yet, now I 've call - at Bank of the west and left a message that If - call me with fax # I would fax to her the - contract - however I - is not returning calls either, I am very much afraid that I will be paying to loans to the tune of over $200000.00 and I ca n't get answers but $540.00 is due on -/-/15 and then $400.00 on -/-/15, I feel I am the victim of the banking industry predatory nature, I be grateful if CFPB would look into this, there is also a inquiry ref. # from a call to CFPB # -
