I negotiated a HELOC loan with Suntrust Bank that my ex left me after divorce. I wired - on - -, 2015. In agreement for the amount sent, I was to be released from the lien against my home. The letter for release never came nor was I able to close my home as a result. - - - kept the - and never released me. I have been in legal harm since his failure to cooperate with the title company to sell my home.
