I received an e-mail from PayPal on -/-/2014 offering a $50.00 statement credit for opening a PayPal Extras MasterCard account and making $100.00 in purchases by - -, 2014. I complied with all of the terms, but still do not have the $50.00 credit. I 've called them several times, but they always say next month. ''
