NE Credit Collections is reporting to my - credit file a collection in the amount of $640.00 with a delinquent/open date of -/-/- for - - -. After research, I found that - - - is located in - - -. I have not lived in - - - since -. I lived in -, - from -, then moved to - in - - to - -. I have been at my current residence in - since - -. They are in federal violation of inaccurate reporting/re-aging a debt with a delinquency date of -/-/-. Furthermore since I have lived at my current address since - -, they are in violation of not sending out a 30 day collection activity letter to me for validation of debt as this debt was paid by medical insurance in full a long time ago. I disputed with - but NE Credit Collectors came back to - that it was mine debt and it remained on my credit file as disputed. This has caused me to be denied credit at times and caused harm to my credit file. I can prove my residence dates and if this is not deleted immediately, I would like FCRA penalties and fines levied on NE Credit Collection and proceed with litigation. This is inaccurate reporting of dates and a debt not owed and should be deleted immediately. This is also a HIPPA privacy violation.
