I was sent emails about a debt that they claim I owed to -.com. I responded back that I am willing to clear this debt if I can make installment payments. They said if I could make a payment ASAP they would settle for - of what is owe. The issue I had was that I asked for official documentation stating the original amount of the loan and how much is owed.
