Regional Management Corp. Credit Card Complaint

Billing statement

Regional Management Corp. Credit card department,

Billing statement Texas

I actually have quite a few complaints about Regional Finance. The biggest being that I do not receive a statement. When I spoke with the company about this issue, multiple employees including the supervisor acted as if they had no idea what a statement '' was. - employee even went so far as to say that they did not send reminders '' to pay my account, but that they could give me a receipt of my payment if I came in to their office. The same office that was not the original location that I was assigned to. After about a month after the account was opened, my account was transferred to a different office without my knowledge. It was not until after I was considered

late '' because I never received a statement stating when my payment was due. After this conversation, I went to this other location to pay my account in house. Upon arriving at the office, I was informed that they could not accept any credit or debit card payments. Evidently, they only accept cash, check, or money order payments which I was never informed about before my - - - to their office. I then left their office to find an ATM machine so I could pull out cash in order to make a payment. This company has also harassed both my husband, myself, and many of my family members. They start calling my husband, myself, and these family members if we miss our payment by - day. They have even gone so far as to call before the payment was even due. They have also sent employees to my home to deliver notices that I need to make a payment. These notices do not include how much I need to pay. On - instances, I was even at home when they arrived to deliver a notice, and tried to give the employee my payment. The employee told me that they were not authorized to receive any type of payment, they could only deliver a notice. -/-/- I was told that they would have online/credit card services available the - of -. Then, I was told late -. Then, I was told early -/-/-. About a week ago I was told that employees were told online services should hopefully '' be available at the end of this quarter, so -. Getting to this office that my account was transferred to without my knowledge or consent is extremely difficult especially given the hours their office is open and the distance from my work. I work over an - away from this office. Because of this very large distance, I have asked numerous times if I could pay at a different location to which I have to get approval from the office that my account is located at beforehand and then again when I arrive at the other office. I have never had to work so hard to pay a bill that I do not receive. While I receive a receipt for my payment when I pay in house, I have no idea when this horrendous ordeal will be over because I have no idea how much I owe ( balance ) or even the number of remaining payments.
