Allied is reporting an account on both my - - and - credit reports in the amount of $ -for a former account with -. This account was paid directly to - in full. Therefore, Allied does not have any legal right to try to collect it from me, including reporting it on my credit report as unpaid and derogatory. Allied has an obligation under the FCRA to report truthful and accurate information and because they have no legal right to collect this account or report it they are in violation of the FCRA. Further, I have never received any mail communication from Allied notifying me of the account or my right to dispute it as per the FDCPA and although Allied calls my cell phone repeatedly with their automated dialing system, they never leave any voice messages.
