Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Arkansas

This Keybank/- loan was to pay -, The -. I am on a graduated payment plan, but it is about to balloon more than - the amount I am paying now and they said I have no options. I explained I am a single mom who is currently homeless and with a - ( staying with friends and family ) and would n't be able to afford $400.00 per month. My net income last year was -. My - may be able to support that much next year but not this year. They refused to refinance me. They said I do n't have any options. It feels illegal and wrong somehow. I 'm still willing to pay I just ca n't afford that much right now. I 'm begging for your help.
