A review of my morgage account activity was conducted on -/-/-. It was discovered that $230.00 has been paid from my escrow account as -/-/- and -/-/- monthly private mortgage insurance premium. Upon verifying loan documents provided at settlement signed -/-/- ; monthly PMI premiums should be $51.00. PNC Mortgage has not provided any form or correspondence explaining the PMI monthly premium change and has repeatedly declined to discuss this issue with me. THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE OF CFPB CASE # -. THIS IS A DIFFERENT ISSUE REGARDING A DIFFERENT LOAN NUMBER.
