I paid off my HELOC with Chase Bank on -/-/-. I paid all final fees in the amount of $45.00. On -/-/-, - months later, they send me a letter stating they have placed a lien on my home in the amount of $36.00 for outstanding fees and I must make the payment to have the lien released.
