HSBC Credit card department,
hsbc now has made it real hard to reach. i spent an hour trying to call -. new phone system. then i got hung up on. then i was read a scripttheir call centers in other countries they barely can speak english such where when i tried to make a payment on my cc i could not since the representative did not understand english
