Discover Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Indiana

I went to the University - - and have student loans through Discover. I have recently contacted them to get a lower monthly payment since they want more money than I pay in rent. The told me I could split my payment which is not helpful. Then the executive at Discover told me to contact a lady that specializes in repayment and I have yet to get a phone call back, not to mention the fact that I get - phone calls a day harassing me for money.
