key bank is claiming that at - time I owed them money so they wont let me open an account. 2 years ago I spoke with someone at key and they informed me that i do n't owe them any money, but a account from - which is no longer in my area or the united stated, was acquired by key bank when they purchased the branches. I never owed money too -, they refuse to work with, give me information on the incident or remove it from their files
